HIROSHI SAMBUICHI

Born in 1968. Graduated from the Department of Architecture in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the Tokyo University of Science. After working for Shinichi Ogawa and Associates, he established Sambuichi Architects and began design work in Hiroshima. Received SD Review New Architect Award in 2000 (Running Green Project). Received SD Review Asakura Award (Miwa-Gama[Kiln]) and Canada Green Design Grand Prix Award (Canada/ Running Green Project) in 2001. Received ar+d award (Britain / Miwa-Gama [Kiln], Air House) and 19th Yoshioka Award (Air House) in 2003. Received Detail Prize 2005 (Germany /Miwa-Gama[Kiln]) in 2005.
